Sausalito’s stunning waterfront location with panoramic views of San Francisco and the Golden Gate Bridge make it a very popular town for residents and visitors. Sausalito has a unique blend of a small waterfront town but with a bit of bustle to it, particularly in the summer. It is very much a boaters and sailors town but has plenty for everyone. Sausalito has top chef restaurants, art galleries, cafes, and clothing boutiques creating a tremendous draw for international travelers and a fabulous town to reside in. With its extensive public waterfront, it is very popular with walkers and bikers. It is 30 minutes via ferry and only 20 minutes via car to San Francisco.
